Overview

Town Council of Kacha is part of the City of Sevastopol', Ukraine. It has a population of 4,996 in 2001. Its flag was adopted on by the Town Council on 27.09.2004. Author of the flag is O.Gorelko. The flag is shown on the pages of Sevastopol's Heradic Society "Gerakleya".

"It was confirmed in September, 27th, 2004 by the decision #603 of village council session. Rectangular blue panel with ratio 2:3, in upper staff part are yellow laurel wreath, tied up by red strip, on it are two white wings and пропеллер. On the bottom part of flag go three white narrow wavy strips.
Kacha was founded in 1912 on the place of Olaxandro-Mykhailivs'ke farm, when there was organized the pilot school. Now it is belonged to Sevastopol' city council".

"It was confirmed in September, 27th, 2004 by the decision #603 of village council session. Azure; argent narrow bend sinister. Or laurel wreath, tied up by gules strip, on it are argent leure and propeller; three argent narrow wavy abaised barrulets."
