The flag consists of the corporate logo centered on a white field. The logo itself features three white leaves within a red triangle positioned toward the hoist, with the words "JOHN MUIR" in large, grey, capital letters above the word "HEALTH" in smaller, grey, capital letters, all stretching toward the fly.
