Description of the flag

The Virginia Machinery and Well Company, Inc., was founded in 1915 by Charles Cole in Richmond, Virginia. Originally a commercial and industrial water-well drilling and water supply business, the company is today known as VAMAC and has spread to 22 locations across the Mid-Atlantic Region providing water and septic services and supplies, as well as kitchen and bathroom remodeling assistance.

Local store sites in Culpeper, Fredericksburg, and Alexandria, Virginia, all fly VAMAC corporate flags outside their buildings. Photos of these flags can be seen online at https://lh5.googleusercontent.com, https://lh5.googleusercontent.com, and https://www.vamac.com/aboutus. I've also personally seen the flags. The flag features the company's logo in white centered on a red field. The logo itself contains the "VAMAC" in large, stylized letters above the words "The Family Advantage" and "Plumbing * Well * Septic Supply."
