I've been told by City Clerk Rhonda J. Barone that the city flag of La Habra
was adopted via Resolution 2455 on July 1, 1975. A contest had been held, and of
300 entries, 5 were chosen by the La Habra Art Association. From these 5 flags,
the one designed by Mark Florian was selected by the city council. The
resolution states that the flag depicts "the City of La Habra as it is
geographically located with the 'pass through the hills' to the north and
utilizing the red, white and blue colors of the flag of our beloved country."

a white field.
Current seal is here:

An alternate or old flag?
Photos taken at the Civic Center Plaza near the
Orange County Courthouse (dated June 2022) show a different city flag. I asked
the city clerk about this flag but received no answer.
