Description of the flag

The City of Saratoga flag has a blue border around a white area containing a circular design. A circle contains a hilly scene with two type of trees, the sun shining over the hills and the date 1956. This flag was spotted flying in front of the Saratoga Civic Center on Fruitvale Avenue.
