Black Diamond is an unincorporated community and a census-designated place located in central Citrus County. The community is centered around the golf course known as Black Diamond Ranch.
The flag is a black field with the community logo in the center. It appears that the community began using this version of the flag sometime between May and October of 2023. according to the first photo of the flag, and Google Maps Streetview.

A former version of the flag was used until 2023, which is a white field instead of a black with, again, with the community logo in the center.
