Description of the flag

The flag of the City of Hilliard, Ohio, is white with two blue trapezoid fields - one on the top, the other on the bottom. Through the center is inscribed in blue letters "HILLIARD". On the upper trapezoid is written "1853" in white and two red five-pointed stars. On the lower trapezoid is written "OHIO" in white and two red five-pointed stars.
