The village of Minerva Park, Ohio gives a brief description of its flag in section 204.01 of the Minerva Park Code of Ordinances:

- There is hereby adopted an official village flag.
- The official village flag shall be white with the Minerva Park Stone Pillar depicting Lady Minerva in kelly green, and designating "Village of Minerva Park" on the left side of the flag in kelly green lettering.
Minerva Park is a village in Franklin County and an enclave of Columbus. As of the 2020 census, the village had a population of 2,009.
