Description of the flag

The flag is red with a broad white-edged blue diagonal stripe extending from lower hoist to upper fly, bearing eleven white stars; in the upper hoist the shield of the county, in the lower fly a large white star.

According to the Dickson Post, the flag of Dickson County was designed by Yvonne Easley Byars and adopted in 1978.
