The Jacksonville Jaguars play in the American Football Conference (AFC) South division, part of the National Football League (NFL). They joined the NFL as expansion teams in 1995. Since then the Jaguars have won division championships in 1998 and 1999 and have qualified for the playoffs six times (1996, 1997, 1998, 1999, 2005, 2007).
The Jaguars franchise is based in Jacksonville, Florida, and play their home gamesat EverBank Field.
