Fire Alert flag

This fire alert flag is seen at www.nm.blm.gov/fire/fire.html.  A red flag with a huge yellow flame and the words 'FIRE ALERT', also in yellow, below the flame - a flagoid for now, the accompanying text saying:

"Red Flag Warnings
(…) Red Flags will be flying above fire agencies and on their field going vehicles to warn the public to prepare for increased wildfire occurrences, extreme burning conditions, or exceptional fire behavior. The flag will be flown or displayed only when the National Weather Service (NWS) has issued either a Fire Weather Watch or a Red Flag Warning for the area. This initiative is a way to forewarn fire agencies and the public."
