Burgee: Pennant 2:3 (image). Blue field forming a capital letter W rotated left with its top abutting the hoist and with its outer (1.0
unit thick) arms (7.0 units) on upper and lower fly edges. White triangular spaces between the letter�s arms. Red diamond space at
letter�s base.
