Heart Lake 167 is an Indian reserve in Alberta, 104 km northwest of Cold Lake, Alberta.
The flag is a blue-white-blue Canadian pale with the band logo centred. The logo features a First Nation member in headdress drawn in blue-line inside a red heart.
