The Mikisew Cree First Nation of Alberta has a flag in the very unusual arrangement of the vertical bands. There is only one photo of the flag available and it is not easy to accurately determine the dimensions of the bands: mcfngir.org/Home.html (no longer available: image archived here). I've made a preliminary drawing, but it is just approximate.
