Flag of the League of Communists of Yugoslavia

The flag of the League of Communists of Yugoslavia was red with a star outlined in yellow and charged with the sickle and hammer, underneath the acronym "SKJ" (Savez Komunista Jugoslavije); in the canton, and next to it, the motto "Workers of All Countries, Unite!".

The Statutes of the SKJ prescribe that the name of the party and the motto "should be written in national languages". There were at least six versions of this flag, all official, differing in the writing of the acronym of the party name and the text in the motto.
There might have been more versions of the flag. Although the Statutes prescribe that the motto should be above the star, in practice it was often beside it. The text should be properly readable from both sides of the flag. The League of Communists was formed in 1952 from the former Communist Party (KPJ), changing in the flag only the acronym under the star.

The Union of Pioneers of Yugoslavia (Serbo-Croatian, Savez pionira Jugoslavije; Slovene: Zveza pionirjev Jugoslavije - ZPJ; Macedonian, Сојуз на пионери на Југославија) was the pioneer movement of the Socialist Federal Republic of Yugoslavia.
The flag of the movement (Pioneer's Calendar 1983, released in 1982 in [East] Berlin, GDR) was red with the emblem in canton. on the emblem is the movement's name in Serbo-Croatian language (Latin alphabet). Certainly there were also variations in the Cyrillic alphabet and in Slovene and Macedonian languages.
