The company was based in Kolberg. The flag was white with a red bordure, a red disc in centre, charged with a white 5-point star, distributed to the four corners a red inscription "CDAG".

The other flag was white divided by a red saltire, the quarters were charged with red serifed initials "K" (top) "D"(hoist) "A" (fly) "G" (bottom).
The name of the company is given in source as "E. Haubuss", but the caption doesn't fit, so it is probably a newer flag of Kolberger Dampfschiff AG, which might have been overtaken by Haubuss. But I couldn't find any further information.
