Presentation of Bouaye

The municipality of Bouaye (7,914 inhabitants in 2018; 1,383 ha) is located 15 km south-west of Nantes.

Flag of Bouaye

The flag of Bouaye (photo) is white with the municipal logo. A former version of the flag (photo) included the writing "District de Nantes", the name of the Nantes intermunicipal authority, subsequently renamed to Communauté urbaine de Nantes, now Nantes Métropole.
