Budel-Dorplein

Budel-Dorplein image located by Valentin Poposki, 17 December 2023

From https://www.mastenenvlaggen.nl/product/dorpsvlag-budel-dorplein:

The flag of the village of Budel-Dorplein is not known since when it has been in use. The color scheme of the flag, red and white, is based on the flag of the municipality of Cranendonck and the province of North Brabant. The Budel-Dorplein flag is white in color and shows various images. For example, a kind of red spot can be seen in the middle of the flag. This figure shows the contours of the nature reserve called the Ringsels. The village grew up around this nature reserve. At the bottom right you can see a red block with the letters 'Zn' on it. These represent the metal type zinc. There is a zinc factory in the village which was co-founded by Emile and Lucien Dor. The name 'Dorplein' is derived from this surname. The village name is in red at the top of the flag. The letters 'Dor' are depicted differently in white to further accentuate this. Furthermore, there are three images of buildings on the flag. The chimney at the top left represents the zinc factory, which brings work and prosperity to the village. The building on the bottom left shows the canteen which provided a bond among the villagers. The local church can be seen at the top right as a symbol of faith in God and the future. All three of these buildings are very characteristic of the village image.

Soerendonk

From https://www.mastenenvlaggen.nl/product/dorpsvlag-soerendonk:

The flag of the village of Soerendonk, better known as Zurrik, was been designed in its current form in 2011 at the initiative of the village council. The flag serves to promote solidarity and unity within the village. A blue vertical stripe can be seen on the mast side. This shows the silhouette of a crane. To the right of this is the checkered pattern of the provincial flag of North Brabant. This is also called Brabant fur and is a well-known motif in woven textiles in the province. Below the village name is depicted in elegant letters.
