The Yearbook of the "Rotterdamsch Nieuwsblad" - Wie, Wat, Waar 1941
has two pages with burgees.
Utrechtsche Roei Vereeniging "Triton", Utrecht - a blue burgee with
the club's logo in white in the center. The club's
homepage seems to have a similar background - an oar and an anchor
(that most useful asset for rowing boats, especially Triton, who likes
to give opponents a honorary head start) seem to be part of it...

Triton, Utrecht: in the emblem is no anchor. The Triton-emblem consists
of intertwined letters "USRT", from which issuing a male torso blowing
a conch shell. In Greek mythology Triton was a merman, son of Poseidon,
riding over sea on a sea-horse, blowing a conch shell. You can see the
emblem on their website.

Vereniging Watersport "De Twee Provinciën", on the Paterswoldsemeer,
on the border of the provinces of Groningen en Drenthe, after image on
this
website: blue burgee with in the center a yellow chevron. Its address
is in Haren, a southern suburb of Groningen city.

De Twee Provinciën was a sailing club, founded in 1911, and since 1912
co-operating with Vereniging Watersport Paterswolde of 1912. Finally in 1974 the
two clubs formally merged. The name of the new club is the combination of the
names of the two older clubs: "Vereniging Watersport De Twee Provinciën".
