105.01
The flag of the City shall be of rectangular shape. It shall have an outer border of blue and an inner border of scarlet with an inside field of white. Centered upon the white field shall be a scarlet carnation flower with stem encircled by a blue ring bearing the inscription "Home of the Scarlet Carnation-1854" in white capital letters. Centered beneath such ring shall be a scarlet, upward arcing scroll bearing the inscription "Alliance, Ohio" in white capital letters. The proportional dimensions of the flag and of its various parts shall be according to the official design on file in the office of the Mayor, a photographic copy of which is attached to Ordinance 30-78. (Ord. 30-78. Passed 3-20-78.)
