The CSU System consists of three separately accredited institutions:
Colorado State University,
Fort Collins
Colorado State University - Pueblo
Colorado State University Global

Here is the official flag circa 2019, however a new logo system has since
come into effect, and I have found no evidence of an institutional flag using it
in official settings (offices, graduations, buildings).

There does appear to be an official athletics flag that is flown at the
football stadium, among other places, which has a mountain, and the logos for
Colorado/CSU System, CSU Fort Collins, and the Under Armour corporate logo,
which presumably has marketing rights for the school.
