Bous Coat of Arms

Shield Or a throughout cross Gules, in centre superimposed by an inescutcheon parted per fess, above Azure a bend wavy Argent, beneath Argent a triplemount issuant Azure.
Meaning:
The upper half of the inescutcheon is representing Saar River, the lower half the hills Blasenberg, Griesberg and Weizenhübel. The cross probably is referring to Wadgassen Abbey, which ruled half of the village since 1489 and the complete village since 1548. The rule of the monks ended with the French Revolution.
