Coat of arms

Shield Azure, charged five barrulets wavy Argent, over all an embattled tower Or, with a cone roof of the same and port and windows Gules. Mural crown Argent with three visible towers (village rank) and white scroll with inscription in black capitals "SANTA BÁRBARA - PONTA DELGADA".
Meaning:
The tower is an attribute of Sta. Barbara, name giver of the commune.
